Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to downtown and very safe feeling. The rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed, including facilities to cook my own meals, which was such a convenience. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the common areas, like trash left around. Overall, a great value for the price.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was good, being a bit outside of Reno, close to the airport, and within walking distance of the riverwalk. However, the noise at night was a bit disruptive, and the pull-out bed in the room felt outdated. The staff was disrespectful at times, but the indoor pool was spacious and nice to use.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were cozy and conveniently located on the bottom floor with easy access to a private balcony. However, the initial issue with my reservation being canceled caused some inconvenience. The service was outstanding, with staff being incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The location was great, offering a peaceful environment near the Truckee River, although a bit outside of Reno. The dining options were limited, but the ability to heat up meals in the room was a convenient feature.
